She walks slowly past every shrine, and comes to kneel before the shrine of the Allfather, head bowed.

Alvarion slowly walks into the Cathedral, his bowed and his hands clasped behind his back. He walks directly to the Crowan shrine, bows and kneels before it, head bowed and holy symbol in hand . After several moments in silent prayer, he speaks "Praise be to Lady Crowa" he stands and bows again before walking away. Looking around the Cathedral he sees a familiar face before the Shrine to Sidhe, taking a seat in the pews in front of the shrine, Alvarion sits in silence.

Steve raises her head and looks towards the pews. Rising, she walks towards Alvarion.
"If this is about our last hiring, I think we should speak before Lord Kharach. Justice is important, but so is mercy in defeat and death."
She turns, not looking to see if he is following, and walks to the Kharachian shrine. She takes a seat in the middle of a pew.

Alvarion slowly rises to his feet and walks to the Kharachian shrine, he settles himself on the pew, leaving a slight gap between him and Steve. He takes a deep breath before beginning, "Steve, there is no easy way to say this, but I am sorry for my part in what happened to that Ogre and for my actions and words spoken against you." he shakes his head, "I hope you can forgive me."

Steve stares at the Kharachian shrine.
"You have nothing to apologise to me for. Make your peace with yourself and with the seven. I strive to do the same."
She stands, steps forward and kneels before the shrine. Her bowed head indicates she wishes no further discussion.

After a few minutes, Alvarion stands and silently makes his way out the Cathedral.

Much later, Steve rises and walks over to the shrine of Tralda. She takes a seat in a pew.

Elandowyn approaches the shrine and smiles at Steve. She kneels before the Shrine in silent prayer before rising and joining Steve in the pews.
"Greetings Steve. How may I be of assistance?"

Steve sighs.
"I don't really know. My actions, or rather lack of them, at the last hiring have left me somewhat troubled. I left the others on the hiring with the ogre we fought, but I could have done more, I could have put it out of its troubles earlier. Simply, I forgot I was carrying a dagger. And now I feel I have done wrong in the eyes of Kharach, if nobody else. I know you are a Traldan, but you are the priestess I know best. You offered the chance to help the people of Torrance, and I will gladly give my time to that. And I would be grateful for any advice you could offer me."

Elandowyn sighs "there is no easy answer really. If you feel that you have done wrong by the creature in the sight of the gods then it is prayer and contemplation of those actions that will give you the insight to make amends. You are most welcome to assist with the work in Torrance, anyone is, however it was offered as a suggestion not given as a penance. To be honest as the person I consider not to be at fault I am somewhat saddened that others cannot seem to understand their failings." She seems to look uncomfortable for a moment before continuing. "As for advice all I can really say is not to be too hard on yourself. You realised the error, left the others and did not profit from the ogre's suffering and brought the matter to Saffron's attention. That is probably the best outcome that could have been possible. Learn from this mission and carry what you have learned with you rather dwell on the mistakes. None of us are perfect as much as we would like to be. Lady Tralda is a goddess of luck and fate but she is also a goddess of opportunity. I would see moments like this an opportunity to reflect on what gone before and the paths that have come from it before stepping off one way or another if that makes sense? Perhaps that is the best advice I can give you here?"

Steve nods.
"I have thought long and hard about my next step, and my decision has been made. I don't see helping to rebuild Torrence as a penance at all. I was brought up to work with wood, after all. My mother would have rather I sewed, but I worked with my brothers as much as they'd let me."
She stares into the distance for a moment.
"Thank you, Elandowyn.
"Praise be to the Seven."
She rises and leaves the Cathedral.

Alvarion slowly walks into the cathedral, his eyes cast towards the floor, something is evidently troubling him. He walks over to the shrine of Crowa and kneels before it in silent prayer for several minutes before slowly rising. He walks back towards the centre of the cathedral looking around him as he walks. Spotting someone he recognises Alvarion walks towards the Traldan shrine. Standing beside Elandowyn he speaks: "Elandowyn, may I talk a moment of your time? Saffron recommended I speak to yourself."

Elandowyn nods as Steve leaves "Praise be"
She returns to her prayers until Alvarion disturbs her
"Of course Alvarion. Please tell me what is on your mind. Although I can probably guess I'd rather hear it from you. I cannot help you if I do not know everything."

Alvarion slowly lowers himself onto the pew beside Elandowyn. "There is no easy way to say this, I have been exiled from Glen Moss due to my actions and inaction during the incident with the ogre, but that is not the main reason for my wishing to speak with you today. Saffron has pointed out to me that my anger may leave me in a dangerous situation if it does not get tackled soon. I seek any advice you may be able to give. Given what happened in Dunlirron a month past and my resulting exile, I do not know where else to turn."/

"Firstly as I said I need to know everything that has occured if I'm able to help you. From what little you have said I cannot help specifically. I can say a few things though. I am sorry to hear you have been exiled however this decision would not have been taken lightly. Perhaps this may temper you slightly knowing your transgressions have lost you so much, perhaps more than you realise. I was in your place 70 years ago. I was a small girl cut off from my family, my home, my people and surrounded by strangers in a world I did not understand. I had not seen humans before and I surrounded by them. I was frightened, alone, lost. It is something I still grieve for as much as Barra has become my home it took a along time to become so.
You and the other adventurers involved with this Ogre should be ashamed of yourselves. You prolonged the suffering of sentient creature. You let it be taken for experimentation. Foulspawn are still living creatures. Because they are not protected by the law does not mean you can treat as dolls to tear the arms off of. If it is a threat put it down swiftly as you previously described you had entered it's camp. It was defending it's home! If someone had come charging into your home wouldn't you defend yourself against the threat? Of course you would! Disable the enemy, if you must kill then make it swift and merciful. This was a creature that was not meant to to be brought back as a prisoner. You were asked to record the types of foulspawn in the area. This requires cunning, stealth, a pen and a piece of paper. This does not require you to bind each one of each type and drag it back to Dunlirron for a slow and painful death. Such beings are worthy of Crowa's protection too. As for your anger I have not seen this yet however I have seen some worrying traits in your behaviour. The last time I travelled with you in Dunlirron you thought to take on an ice troll single handedly without warning your sleeping companions of the danger. You did not afford us your protection that night nor did you think to fight calmly with tactics and honour. This behaviour is not as a Crowan should fight. If it is also being tempered by anger and rage then you are seeking to overpower and dominate your foe. A method employed by your Lady's dark brother, whose name I will not speak in a place of the Seven. You need to get a grasp on this and quickly. I would suggest that perhaps you try tempering your need to fight each opponant when there are other ways to overcome such foes...Praise be to Tralda...I'd like to make a wager with you."
"What I propose is this. Both Lady Tralda and Lady Vleybor seek that foes are not attacked without provocation. I suggest you follow this for two months as a means of teaching yourself temperance. In return I will follow a Crowan sin for two months of your choice, provided this does not conflict with any of Lady Tralda's for two months. I should clarify that undead and demons are abominations and that such beings existance on this plane is provocation."
She glances at the shrine and extends her hand
"Do we have an agreement?"
