She sits wrapped in a blanket, eyes weary, wringing her hands and biting her lip, watching the doorway and occasionally almost falling asleep. "Has Ellen or Seryn been in lately?" She asks the bar keep, but they just shake their heads and she sighs. 'I hope they're alright...'

Time passes as time often does and a figure in blue hobbles towards the bar hood up and hat on her head and leaning heavily on her staff. Every step is slow and agonising and the figure invokes the lady every few steps.
She makes her way into the bar and half sits half falls into a chair.

A man walks in a few moments later and walks over to where Elandowyn is now seated, "Would you mind if you join you?"

She looks up startled "you, I know you? Yes you, your the not dead Crowan one. You where in Tholon too. Sorry, Things are cloudy still I can't remember your name. Not that I was ever good with names before. I'm not sure I introduced myself. I'm acting Pri- Moth-" she lets out a small pained laugh "No that's not right either not anymore or not yet one way or the other. Kindred Elandowyn McCrae of Tralda."

He looks slightly amused, "it's always nice to be remembered. Grayson Kelly, Kindred of Crowa, people call me Gray." He looks around, smiling slightly, so this is Barra then, eh? Never been over this side of the country before."

"Well?" Saffron asks, touching Ellen on the shoulder. "You're alive? What happened? I thought you'd died! Where's the others?"

"Praise be to Tralda. Saffron are you a sight for sore eyes. It is done Tholon and the Konn are defeated but at heavy cost our burden is particularly heavy. Seryn is the only one who has returned unscathed. Many are dead. Some have returned others gone on."
She continues to talk however she has slipped into elven and has not noticed.

Saffron nods solemnly then frowns. "What? I don't speak elven."
She sighs. "Only Seryn?" Her eyes widen. "Alvarion? Steve?" Her lip quivers and tears start to well up in her eyes.
"Not Steve. I'm going to miss her so much. She had something that not a lot of even male adventurers do. Balls."
"And Morgan? And Juss?" She sits down heavily in the nearest seat. "What if I'd been there, maybe I could have protected them. I could have done... Something. Anything. Maybe they could still be here. What are we going to do, Ellen? Who's left? How can we deal with a bloody mummy and a Primate and an end-of-the-whole-goddamn-world cult with so few of us?"

"Take a breath lass, those that fell, fell for the right reasons. They fell to defend this fair land and those who cannot defend their selves. There is no point in second guessing yourself like that, we must carry on where they left off. Sadly I never had the chance to meet any of them that have passed on but I doubt they would want us to go to pieces." Looking at Saffron's holy symbol he says "Lady Crowa certainly wouldn't want us to give up, no matter our numbers and what we face."

Grayson stands to leave, "I won't encroach upon this homecoming any longer. Elandowyn, it was good to have met you, I hope if we meet again the cicumstances are a little better." He nods Saffron, "Sorry if my words have caused you any upset." With that he makes for the door.

Elandowyn nods slowly " I died also. The defender sacrificed himself to restore the balance between Kharach and Bequifis. The Kharachian physician was killed at the same time as I when the Bloody Butcher of Sharda exploded. Jusstarian was killed on an early scouting mission but I do not know the circumstances. Alvarion was killed by Abraxians. There were other good Lirronese I did not know that died out there too. A Griffin squire and a Grey Errant."

Saffron's eyes widen. "You died? Holy crap. It's bloody horrid isn't it? Welcome to the 'back from the dead' crew. Was yours Vleyborian or necro?"
"Bloody Abraxians. They seem to be the bane of my life right now. Wanna go to Derwentshire this weekend? I always get to fight Abraxians when I go there and we can see Vau and stuff..." She hides a little grin then falls serious again. "It's little consolation but... I need to do SOMETHING!" She sighs. "Sitting waiting for you all was horrid - I mean, nothing like what you went through but I just wish I coulda helped or something. I just need to do something you know?"
"Ever been to Mercia/Netherthong? I think they have a hiring this weekend too. As far as I'm aware they have a Bequifisian problem, or had. Dunno. Maybe I - we - could help or something."

Elandowyn half smiles "you better than anyone will know what I'm going through. I was brought back necromantically. It feels odd having been Acting Primate and now a kindred but I will be returning to the priesthood once I am strong enough to supplicate. The Lady's holy day is in few weeks I feel it is a fitting time to begin again on her day. And your presence was very much felt out there" she laughes but her ribs ache she rumages in her bag and produces a battered wine stained copy of the Norham Herald. "There was recitals of your article it seemed to lift some spirits. Brother Thaddeus Blanchard asked that I see if you would be willing to sign a copy for his prayer book."
"I do need to get out and do something though. I've forgotten so much and this place is full of ghosts. Derwentshire may be just as bad for that though with both Marcus and Chivalry gone. Never been to Neverthong or Mercia. A new place my do me some good"
