With the help of the adventuring community an agent of the Black Flame, Grumf Gorickson, has been brought to justice. From information gathered from him in questioning, we have been able to accertain that the Black Flame intend to make their move in the next few days. Increased Militia will be put in place in anticipation of attack. Furthermore the Black Flame, those wearing their emblem of a black flame on a white field and anyone found to be following this cult are hearby deemed Outlaw.
We have spoken with scouts of the group known as the Serpents Coil who have given us further intelligence. One the back of this we shall be hiring a group of adventurers this weekend for a strike at the heart of this cult. We strongly advise that the party undertaking this quest come prepared to fight all known forms of undead as well as the cultists.
