Let it be known:
J. Greene and D. Conrad have been tried and found guilty of theft. Due to the value and repeated nature of their crimes they were to be fined a total of XXXX/-
The guilty were unable to pay their fine. In recognition of their faith it was deemed unfitting to consign them to the combat pits, they have since been sold into slavery where their life of servitude can help repay the damage they have done.
Let all who would consider crime take this as a warning, the City of Barra will not tolerate your indiscretions.
