Adventurers sought for to return family heirloom
house Hawksmoor require thier family sword returned is known the weapon is in two parts
the hilt lies on the field of battle at nightwater fen ,the blade was taken by the blood claw tribe of orcs
both part will need to be returned to resolve whom shall be the next head of the family

House Hawksmoor has supplied the following
Nightwater fen lies the the north west ,the fen itself is almost impassible unless you know a local guide
Almost 15 years ago Sir Dagran Hawksmoor led a group of Knights and men at arms north to stop the rampage of the blood claw tribe
The leader or the foulspawn tribe was called bloodskin due to his habit of wearing the flayed skin of his foes
The battle field itself stretched over a mile ,the two groups met with no time for lines to be drawn up and it devolved in to a series of running battles
The forces were joined by local clansmen who can through the fen showering the Orc flank with arrows before melting back into the fen and several dwarves who had a grudge to be paid
At the height of the battle Sir Dagran fought his way to confront Bloodskin just in time to watch him cut the arm from one of the dwarves ,wasting no time he charged at Bloodskin ,several swift sure strikes left Bloodshirt bleeding heavily however the battle fury was upon him and Bloodskin was not slowed at all he attacked Sir Dagran in a bezerk rage his massive axe hacking again and again at the knight .
Sir Dagran knew he would not walk away from this fight and although his shield was shattered as was the arm that had been behind it he gathered the last of his strength and lunged his blade skewered Bloodshirt through the heart with his final strike the sword snapped the blade staying trapped in Bloodshirts chest
As Bloodskin fell back his axe smashed down caving in Sir Dargans chest it was as they saw bloodskin fall this the shaman of the bloodclaws unleashed thier foul magic from the woods and fen undead poured onto the battlefield at the same time the last of the remaining bloodclaw tribe dragged Bloodskins body from the battlefield
The handful of humans and the few remaining dwarves had to flee the area as the undead picked of the wounded ,left uncontrolled they slaughtered human ,dwarf and Orc alike

House Hawksmoor would like to thank the brave adventurers that managed to return the two pieces of the Hawksmoor family sword Talon
This has been remade thanks to the efforts of the church or Rolbor
Wendel Hawksmoor is now the head of the family and his brother Vincent will seek his fortune as a adventurer
