The Care Company
On behalf of Earl Richard Kincaid, let it be known that the group known as the Care Company and all its affiliates are now to be considered an illegal organisation due to their actions regarding the disease spreading through Braeloch and surrounding areas. It is expected that all those involved should hand themselves in to the nearest guard station at the earliest opportunity.
